Custardy egg patty inspired by @breadandculture (idk if this is exactly how they do it but result is close): Beat 4-5 eggs (2 sandwiches), add to silicone bread dish or regular pan lined with parchment. Dish/egg amount will determine your patty thickness. Cover with aluminum foil, bake in water bath at 350f/177c for 35 mins, remove and rest in bath 10 mins. #breakfast #breakfastsandwich #fy
